Things not to do while driving

I had to run over to the vehicle licensing office today to pick up my car tabs and saw something very strange while I was walking back to the office. A man shaving his head while driving! Yep, you read that right. Shaving. His Head. While Driving. And this was not a little snip while waiting at a stop light. It was a full on, maneuvering a turn in a Ford Taurus while simultaneously taking a little off the top. Seriously. Who carries an electric razor in the car? And, moreover, what kind of moron would purposefully put sharp moving parts anywhere near his head while driving a car? WTF? So, I say this to you, Mr.-I-need-a-cut-so-bad-I-can't-wait-until-I-am-not-driving....
